A member of the Board of Directors of the American College Health Foundation (ACHF), Dr. Weiss endowed the Stephan D. Weiss Ph.D. Fund for Mental Health in Higher Education which encourages the development of creative initiatives that will enhance mental health service delivery to students. Formerly, Dr. Weiss established the Mental Health Program at the Student Health Service of the University of Cincinnati in 1972 where he worked as a clinical psychologist as well as a published researcher on topics related to adolescence as well as college mental health issues.

As a true pioneer in developing masterful leaders, Dr. Rojdev is especially attuned to the needs of the corporate suite for direct, no-nonsense, hands-on methods of developing leaders and high performance senior teams as well as simultaneously identifying and disengaging those who do not measure up.

As a partner at DBL Law, Mr. Zerhusen practices corporate law, tax law, estate planning and probate. He works extensively on tax issues related to individuals and non profit and for-profit entities. He is a member of the Northern Kentucky and Kentucky Bar Associations.
